Responsibilities
Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge for exceptional documentation
Develop and monitor all documentation including release notes, help files, and knowledge-base articles
Collaborate with internal and external teams for knowledge sharing
Engage with customers to explain new features
Maintain strong cross-functional relationships within the company
Education
Experience working with Resware in real estate or title and escrow industry
Self-motivated with attention to detail
