Quality Assurance Credentialing Analyst

How You'll Make an Impact:
The Provider Services Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst position at Dispatch Health is primarily responsible for the quality for the Credentialing, Enrollment, and Licensing Teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, quality assurance of the credentialing and recredentialing process, state supervision compliance, database integrity, and assisting in NCQA/payer compliance audits.

Organizational Contributions:
The QA Analyst will provide oversight and materials for all teams listed above (as applicable), along with identifying and providing recommendations on quality and training improvements which will allow for overall compliance of the department.

Interacts With:
This position interacts with cross functional teams, Provider Services Leadership and works closely with Coordinators and Specialists on the Credentialing team.
What You'll Do:
  • Reviews provider credentialing files to ensure compliance with NCQA and internal policies and procedures
  • Identifies common areas of quality issues and provides insight to Leadership
  • Identifies potential areas of reporting and metric needs within teams
  • Works directly with System Admin on QA internal tools to ensure effectiveness and accuracy of data within the credentialing system
  • Assists in reviewing compliance standards related to credentialing across all 50 states to ensure NCQA and State credentialing policies and processes are in compliance and operating within best practices
  • Makes suggestions on process improvements based on industry standards and NCQA and other compliance organization quality recommendations
  • Assists in develop of ongoing department training programs as needed
  • Gives input during the creation of requirements and workflows for system development
What You Need:
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to compile, research, and analyze information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistent demonstration of high integrity, self-motivation and proactive thinking and approach, without requiring direction from Leadership
  • Ability to work with all teams/challenges/professional communication
  • Handle individual workload and deliver upon project milestones on time
  • Able to build strong and trusting relationships with team members
  • Working understanding of multi-state credentialing and licensing regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of credentialing experience with specific knowledge of compliance standards for NCQA, URAC, The Joint Commission and/or AAAHC guidelines related to credentialing and delegated credentialing
  • CPCS or CPMSM Certification Preferred
