Quality Assurance Tester (Remote)

We are a full service digital marketing agency that provides various services to primarily Home Service Companies throughout the United States & Canada.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing systematic test plans. You will collaborate with web developers and managers to determine project scope and requirements. Success in this role will be demonstrated by providing quality work output, screening for errors, and refining usability throughout the website development and implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases under varying scenarios.
• Document and assess test results, providing clear and detailed reports on the performance of the tested applications and systems.
• Identify, log, and communicate program bugs and glitches to the development team, ensuring timely resolution and efficient debugging processes.
• Track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle, working closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve errors promptly.
• Review existing test procedures to identify areas for improvement and suggest effective strategies for enhancing the overall testing process.
• Conduct periodic audits of customer websites to guarantee adherence to quality standards and specifications, providing actionable insights for refinement and optimization.
• Minimum 1 year of QA testing experience
• Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing 
• High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
• Proficient in Google Docs / Google Sheets
• Experience with Wordpress and Bootstrap platforms
• Familiarity with Powermapper, Speedlab, Browserstack
• Good working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
