Work with Quality Engineering Department, leads to meet regional and corporate goals through all or part of but not limited to the following tasks:
Primary Job Functions/Tasks:
§ Perform Incoming, In-process and Final inspection of proto-types/samples, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies by using various industry tools such as but not limited to caliper, Micrometer, height gauge, microscope, Oscilloscope, digital multimeter, and other diagnostic tools.
§ Update Quality KPIs such as Customer satisfaction, Quality PPM, Q-Cost etc.
§ Assist troubleshooting of PCBAs and other components.
§ Participate in root-cause analysis through various techniques such as Ishikawa/Fishbone diagrams and 5 Whys.
§ Assist on implementation of proposed corrective/preventive actions and validation of effectiveness.
§ Assist Validation testing as required.
§ Support Quality Engineers and Product Development Team on checklist and test criteria, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, PFMEAs, Capability study and other APQP areas as necessary.
§ Prepare and communicate Quality reports such as trend analysis, cost analysis, product comparisons, top issues, cross reading, lessons learned and other necessary analyses with timeliness and accuracy.
§ Conduct duties according to One Webasto Principles and values.
§ Comply with applicable Customer and Webasto standards during performance of duties.
