Quality Review Associate III

What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a Quality Review Associate III to join our Define Contribution Client Onboarding team. In this role, you’ll review workflow discrepancies and perform quality reviews for various roles within the division for new and transfer retirement plan clients!
  • Complete quality reviews on various roles within Client Onboarding and Deconversion Services (CODS)
  • Supervise the quality review coding discrepancies you find.
  • Monitor the discrepancies to ensure coding is updated and completed accurately.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update quality review forms for the Client Transition Services roles.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date quality review performance results for the team leaders of the roles reviewed.
  • Identify, research, analyze, and communicate complex workflow discrepancies for various roles within the division.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 2+ years related experience required
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of recordkeeping and accounting system and have the ability to work with computer records
  • Basic understanding of plan and contract provisions as they relate to the system coding and ability to adapt to frequent change

  • Strong understanding of custom and prototype plan provisions and apply this plan design knowledge to quality and reviews.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, oral and written communication, organizational, problem solving and decision making skills
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $20.84 - $39.81 / hour Additional Information:

Work Environment

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
