Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Sourcer (3 month contract)

Quantcast is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented hybrid Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Sourcer to join our dynamic team on a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension. The role is based in Toronto and is hybrid 3 days a week in the office.


In this role, you will be instrumental in both facilitating the recruitment process and sourcing top talent to meet our evolving business needs. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting key operational aspects of the talent acquisition lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • 70% talent acquisition coordination, 30% talent sourcing 
  • Schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple office locations with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to resolve any scheduling conflicts and ensure seamless interview experiences
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and recruiters on interview status and next steps
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
  • Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through platforms like LinkedIn
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Misc. TA operational projects as need be


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a coordination, or recruiting support role
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Proven ability to work with urgency in a dynamic, high-volume environment
  • Experience using an ATS (we use Lever) and modern business tools such as GSuite, and Slack
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
