Senior Lead Quality Assurance Analyst (Work From Home)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QA and instill a drive to incorporate quality best practices into all aspects of working life
• Perform PO activities to ensure work is efficiently assigned, and requirements are clearly articulated
• Develop test cases/scripts to ensure feature requirements correctness in Jira
• Create Automated tests suites
• Triage and troubleshoot Defects and provide a root cause analysis
• Prioritize investigations with Agile teams
• Execute Automated test suites

Qualifications

• High aptitude in understanding information systems technology
  • 5+ years QA Automation experience
  • 3+ years Development experience
• 5+ years of leading and coaching a team of strong, highly skilled, highly motivated individuals. Strong team player: ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment
• Strong communication skills; ability to 'translate' technical explanations to business stakeholders
• Test Design and Execution: Expertise in designing and executing automated test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing.
• Software development experience in any modern language (JAVA, JS, C#), ability to understand JSON/XML, and experience debugging/triaging software defects and issues

• Testing methodologies
• Clear communication skills
• Knowledge of Bell’s Dispatch and Workorder Management products an asset
• Familiar with Confluence; JIRA a must have
• Automation Expertise: Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber, JMeter, Katalon
• Analytical Skills: analyze requirements, identify potential issues and design effective test cases
