In this role, you’ll truly own the frontend experience that Core Teams use on a daily basis, collaborating with our design, backend engineering and QA teams to assure pixel perfect UX while assuring on-time delivery for you and your team. We’re looking for someone to take our frontend solutions to the next level and build a next generation architecture for our frontend applications and deliver products based on it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

  • Project Management:

    • Lead the design, development, and vision for frontend applications and codebases.

    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.

    • Drive agile processes and establish best practices for engineering workflows.

  • Technical Leadership:

    • Collaborate with Product Management, Tech Leads, and Design teams to define technical requirements and product roadmaps.

    • Guide the team in architecture and technical decisions to increase efficiency towards building pixel perfect applications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in software engineering with 2+ years in an engineering management or technical leadership role.

  • Strong technical expertise in Typescript, delivering SPAs with experience in modern React (or similar) codebases.

  • Experience delivering AI, machine learning, or data-driven products in a production environment.

  • Solid understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD, testing, and code reviews.

  • Familiarity with cutting edge dev tooling, including GenAI, to increase velocity of the team.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and alignment.

  • Proven track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams in fast-paced environments.

  • Hands-on coding contribution up-to 50%

It’s a Plus if You Have…

  • Experience in healthcare technology or developing solutions for highly regulated industries.

  • Experience with backend API development (especially in Python)

  • Experience with Jenkins

  • Experience with React-Query, GraphQL and Websockets

  • Passion for solving complex operational challenges in the healthcare domain.

  • Conversational Spanish language skills

The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $225,000. Qventus salary bands represent market data across different geographies.
