R21882 Site Budget & Contract Specialist Temp

REMOTE

Pay Range: 40 - 50

The Site Budgets & Contracts (SB&C) Specialist provides technical and administrative support to the SB&C teams that are responsible for the global site budgeting and contracting activities across the portfolio. This role will support studies and projects across the portfolio.


A typical day might include the following:

  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, helps prepare agendas, presentation material, and minutes for specified meetings

  • Compiles and collates data for assessments and the development of intelligence dashboards

  • Ensures scheduled SB&C reports are received, complete, and accurate

  • Manages, tracks, and monitors the electronic signature and contract management system uploading processes across the group

  • Assists Site Budgets Leads (SBLs) with investigator grant, site-facing budget, budget escalation trackers, and other deliverables

  • Assist Site Contracts Leads (SCLs) with letters, contract amendments, and other documents

  • Develops and enhances relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensure that internal systems, folders, and reports are updated in a timely, accurate, and complete manner

  • May require up to 20% travel to Tarrytown, NY


This role might be for you if:

  • Attention to detail and the ability to track information and deliver on assigned activities

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships internally and externally

  • Ability to be resourceful and to demonstrate problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of site budget development and contract and budget negotiation practices or clinical trial management

  • Ability to acquire solid understanding of contract management systems and Microsoft applications including (but not limited to) Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and ICertis

  • Basic familiarity with clinical drug development

  • Ability to recommend best practices and contribute to continuous improvement for site budgeting and contracting


To be considered for this opportunity, you must have at minimum a Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of direct experience with clinical SB&C or clinical trial management at a biopharmaceutical company, site, or CRO. This is a fully remote role.
