Rain is the fastest-growing startup in the category and was incubated with QED Capital, a top fintech venture fund.As a Human Resource Business Partner at Rain, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organizational growth and development. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company's objectives. Your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive HR support to designated business units, fostering employee engagement, and implementing HR best practices.Responsibilities:- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR matters and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.- Partner with management to identify workforce needs, develop talent acquisition strategies, and facilitate the recruitment process to attract top talent.- Participate in employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement programs that promote employee engagement, retention, and career development.- Conduct regular assessments of organizational culture and employee morale, and develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, and ensure company compliance with all relevant legislation.- Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity, confidentiality, and professionalism, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.3+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering and strategic HR initiatives.Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively as part of a team.Proficiency in HRIS systemsWho We Are:Rain is filled with people with a deeply rooted passion for our mission, who embrace diversity throughout our global team, and grow personally and professionally.
