The R&D Laboratory Technician is a member of the R&D team responsible for supporting activities in the in-vitro or system verification and validation labs. This role is under the direct supervision of a senior level technician, engineer, or clinician.
Responsibilities:
Follows established laboratory safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.
Execute testing and data collection following written protocol and under close supervision.
Manage the laboratory’s inventory.
Maintains laboratory equipment as directed.
Participate in design control activities, adhering to applicable internal procedures, and external regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
Proficient in the use of basic an equipment tools typically found in a clinical laboratory.
Capable of completing tasks requiring a high degree of manual dexterity.
Ability to deliver excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent.
0-2 year of related experience.

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other
federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
Compensation:
We pay competitively. Base hourly rate range is $21.63 - $28.37. Other paid compensation and benefits may be available.
