Reach's HR Shared Services function is excited to welcome a People Data & Insight Analyst to our dynamic People Data & Analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will empower data-driven decision-making by crafting insightful Tableau dashboards, analysis presentations, and other data analysis pieces that delve into key HR metrics such as recruitment, retention, and absence trends.

Job Description

  • Collaborative Solutions: Partner with HR and various departments to identify data needs and craft innovative solutions.
  • Craft & Enhance: Develop, maintain, and optimise engaging Tableau dashboards to vividly track and visualise people data trends.
  • Insightful Analysis: Dive deep into HR data to uncover insights in key areas such as recruitment, retention, absence, and employee churn, delivering these valuable insights to key business stakeholders.
  • Impactful Presentations: Present compelling data findings and strategic recommendations to HR leadership and other stakeholders, supporting impactful decision-making.
  • Data Integrity Guardian: Ensure the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks.
  • Innovate & Inspire: Continuously explore new methodologies to enhance data collection, improve accuracy, streamline analysis, and create captivating presentations that inspire stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Tableau or similar tools for data visualisation, with HR data experience being a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets and delivering clear insights.
  • Proactive in identifying data opportunities to uncover actionable insights that drive decision-making.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including expertise in complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and numerical, for creating and delivering presentations.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting; knowledge of SQL for database querying is advantageous.
  • Experience in dealing with and analysing rota/rostering systems across diverse business areas is beneficial.
