Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer specializing in AWS cloud operations to lead our efforts in automating and optimizing our software delivery pipeline. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, managing container orchestration, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our cloud infrastructure.

A bit about you 🥇

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or a similar role, with a strong focus on AWS cloud operations.

• Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, and CloudFormation.

• Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.

• Deep understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS.

• Strong scripting skills with proficiency in Bash, Python, or similar languages.

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.

• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Familiarity with modern front-end development frameworks and architectural principles (e.g., React, Babel, TypeScript).

• Ability to diagnose and resolve software development-related issues during deployment and migration processes.

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and familiarity with semi-structured data tools like Athena and Redshift.

• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
