Job Description

Our team is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for applicants who are self-starters, resourceful, and driven to succeed. We are a luxury boutique, technology-driven team with benefits, looking for full-time dedicated agents. The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting potential clients with their inquiries. We are looking for someone with two years experience and a minimum of $5 million in sales.

Job Requirements

  • Must be comfortable interacting with buyers and sellers to coordinate transaction

requirements and communicate daily with clients.

  • Positive and team orientated attitude with superior communication skills.
  • Hunter instincts for finding and developing new opportunities with a high energy level.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take initiative with First Time Buyers, Sellers, Relocation and Rentals.
  • Respond quickly and courteously to client concerns and questions and take prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey requests to the appropriate individual.
  • Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact sales results and develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain growth.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment meeting quarterly goals and targets.
  • Follow established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area of responsibility with the ability to keep sensitive information highly confidential at all times.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience and minimum of $5 million in sales.
  • Must have a valid state-approved driver’s license.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, explain real estate contracts, and answer questions.
  • Proficiency in executing sales skills, such as generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing leads.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 online as well as other CRM software to track activities, calls, prospects and listings. Complete various accounting, financial, administrative reports.
  • Associates must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends depending on client requests.
  • Arrive to appointments, office meetings and closings on time.
  • Follow operational checklists and interact well with other agents.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
