Douglas Elliman Real Estate is a full-service real estate company that specializes in assisting individuals and families in finding the best solutions for their real estate needs. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and ambitious candidate to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant. The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, and have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry.

Requirements:
·Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are required
·Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred but not required
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
·Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is required

Duties: In this position you will:
This includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing office space, etc.
We are looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to work with our company, it could turn into a full-time job. We have goals of increasing our Real Estate portfolio over time. We will provide any training for our specific tasks but you MUST be highly proficient with Google docs, Excel and Microsoft Office and have strong attention to details.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing related Data Entry by researching US based websites
  • Other jobs may involve: This position will be responsible for entering information into a database, filling out forms and completing other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Good internet connectivity and high spec PC (8 MB+ RAM)
  • Great sense of ownership, responsibility and commitment.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail.
  • Highly efficient with google docs - especially excel and powerpoint
  • Can work with a minimum amount of supervision:
  • Creativity
  • Social Media Management; Picture - Video editing

Back Office assistant:

We are looking for a part-time back office assistant to work with our company, it could turn into a full-time job. We have goals of increasing our Real Estate portfolio over time. We will provide any training for our specific tasks but you MUST be highly proficient with Google docs; Excel, Microsoft Office; have strong attention to details and computer skills; ability to work with little or non supervision; goal oriented and self motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience level:

  • No experience needed

Schedule:

  • Choose your own hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bridgehampton, NY 11932: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bridgehampton, NY 11932
