The Assistant Community Association Manager (ACAM Central) primarily services inbound phone calls, emails and online chat requests to service community homeowners in answering account related questions, making payments and providing information about their community. In addition, the ACAM Central services title / property closing agents, community vendors as well as interfacing with management company staff with community related business. The ACAM Central is expected to provide quality customer service, demonstate a postive "can-do" attitude and effectively troubleshoot and resolve common issues.
