We are seeking a Full-Time Receptionist and Customer Service Assistant with Strong Computer and Excellent Communication Skills.

The Full-Time Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant Answer Phones, Schedule Appointments, and Follow-Up with Customers to Ensure the Best Service Experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer Phones
• Schedule Customer Appointments
• Receive cash, checks and credit card deposit from customers; document, and provide receipts
• Follow up with Customers to ensure their positive experience
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
• Knowledge of DealerTrack and/or Xtime a plus
• Excellent Written and Oral Communications Skills
• Professional personal appearance
