Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Data Security & Protection, Remote - US

We are looking for a dedicated B2B product marketer to join a high-impact, revenue-driving PMM team.

You have a passion for technology and are keen on navigating the specifics of customer needs. You have existing skills in storytelling and are highly creative. Contrived, you love writing and are motivated by the opportunity to address customer problems with differentiated value propositions. Highly synergetic and excellent at planning, building and leading product launches/campaigns to significant demand and awareness. Work cross-functionally at a fast-paced, hyper-growth company, and are willing to take on additional responsibility to build sales across the organization.

How you'll spend your time here:

  • Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing to understand customer requirements and develop target personas
  • Create clear, differentiated persona-based messaging and positioning for products/solutions and campaigns
  • Develop and drive go-to-market strategy for given solutions to raise (internal and external) awareness and grow the pipeline
  • Define and implement a content strategy to "feed" awareness and demand generation campaigns, including public-facing solution collateral, videos, presentations, blogs, etc.
  • Represent the company and products/solutions at various speaking engagements, conferences, media and analyst briefings
  • Collaborate with the sales and partner enablement teams to develop/support sales enablement collateral, such as training presentations, cheat sheets, internal field communication, etc.

We'd love to talk with you if you have many of the following:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in a relevant enterprise software organization. Experience in backup and recovery and/or disaster recovery is preferred but not required
  • Strong storytelling skills, including excellent written and spoken communications
  • Ability to identify customer needs and effectively position differentiated B2B products/solutions in a manner that resonates with various target audiences - technical users, economic decision-makers, field teams, partner community, media, analysts
  • Must be a self-starter with an owner mentality who enjoys working in a fast-paced software start-up environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our
comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

US Pay Range

$119,200—$149,000 USD
