Responsibilities
- Manage 70+ customer accounts for renewal and retention
- Consistently achieve or surpass company goals for renewal revenue
- Negotiate and protect the renewal revenue stream
- Ensure timely and precise renewals
- Maintain accurate deal updates in SalesForce.com
- Collaborate with internal teams for positive customer outcomes
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
