The Finance and Administration Department is actively seeking a Records Compliance Analyst - Information Technologies.

This position will report to the Technology Contracts and Records Manager and will be responsible for public record standards support to general government departments, divisions, and agencies. The work involves extensive interaction with departmental record coordinators and management at all levels in various City departments, in support of compliance with Florida’s public record laws.
Position Requirements: Six years of education and/or professional experience in public records administration or records compliance. Prior experience working in federal, state, or local government or in regulatory compliance is strongly preferred. A Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited institution is strongly preferred, with a concentration in History, English, Government or Business.
Other Requirements: Upon hiring, the candidate will have 90 days to complete training and demonstrate basic proficiency in the use of vendor records management portal. Training materials will be provided.
Licensing/Certification/Registration: A valid driver’s license is required prior to appointment and must be maintained during employment in this class. Must qualify for prior to appointment, obtain, and maintain during employment in this class a City of Jacksonville Certification as a Public Driver.
