Position:

As the Recruiter at Faction, you'll be charged with helping us find the right candidates who challenge the status quo, bring a can do attitude, and an innovative spirit to all that they do. In this unique opportunity you will own the recruiting lifecycle, help us rethink the hiring process, maintain an excellent candidate experience and champion Faction as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process for open positions in all departments/levels
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers to develop an understanding of hiring needs
• Assist in the development and management of job descriptions
• Source, screen and provide candidate feedback to hiring managers
• Develop recruitment strategy and identify efficient and cost-effective recruiting resources including personal networking, employee referrals, internet-based sources and other relevant resources
• Schedule interviews and manage the interview process.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process
• Extend and Negotiate offers of employment
• Compile, track, and report on recruiting data
• Collect and track compensation trends
• Develop new and creative ways to both improve the hiring process and hire the best candidates
• Manage company applicant tracking system
• Assist Human Resources with other various activities

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience in a startup or technical environment
• Proficient with Greenhouse
• Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience using applicant tracking systems
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter tool, Indeed and other job boards
• Experience with Gmail, Google Calendar
• Ability to create hiring workflows and implement them with hiring managers
• Strong work ethic – ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a demanding fast paced environment.

Salary: $80,000 - 100,000
