Our client in North Saint Paul, MN is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team.
This Recruiter position will be managing staffing, sourcing, and processing for hourly, clerical/technical, and exempt employees. Responsible for vendor management of hiring process for direct labor staffing. Management of advertising and sourcing for Professional and Clerical/Technical employees. As well as being actively involved with ensuring compliance with corporate staffing and utilization of corporate programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with 3-5 Years of experience with corporate staffing/recruitment for direct labor and professional roles OR
MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
Exposure to manufacturing environments.
Strong Communication, Ability to interact well with others, Decision Making skills, and Problem-Solving abilities.
