About the Role

As a founding member of the recruiting team, you’ll be a critical member of Flow and our entire hiring process. You’ll be working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build teams while ensuring a positive candidate interview experience. In many ways you will act as the face of Flow, being one of the first touchpoints in our hiring process. You will be primarily responsible for working directly with hiring leaders to find candidates for roles at Flow.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and leaders to identify candidates for positions across the Flow’s digital organization
Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers for engineering, product, and design candidates
Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process and interviewing best practices
Provide regular status reports to leadership and ensure data is up to date in our ATS (Lever)

Ideal Background

A minimum 6 years of experience in recruiting with a strong emphasis on software engineering positions
Proven success of sourcing and closing passive candidates
A proven ability to prioritize tasks
Process driven with the ability to pivot and be creative - we’re a growing company so we’ll want your help and input to improve our process!
