Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a creative, driven Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Talent team! As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimizing our recruiting processes and ensuring the smooth operation of all our hiring efforts. You will work closely with the HR team, recruiters, and hiring managers to streamline and enhance our recruitment workflows, leverage tech solutions, and drive data-driven decision-making. What will you be doing?

  • Stakeholder and Candidate Logistics
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, interviewers and hiring managers.
    • Communicate with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Provide administrative support to the Talent team as needed.
  • Process and Workflow Optimization:
    • Collaborate with the Talent team to develop, implement, and enhance efficient recruiting processes and workflows.
    • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the recruiting lifecycle, and propose and implement solutions to optimize those processes.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment processes and tools, making recommendations for enhancements or changes as needed.
  • Recruiting Tech Stack and Tools Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the talent acquisition space and evaluate their potential application to improve recruitment operations.
    • Research, implement, and manage recruitment tools, software, and platforms that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

What experience is required?

  • Proven experience in recruiting operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Greenhouse experience is a plus!
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

  • The cash compensation range for this role is $75,000-$90,000.
  • Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package.
