Job Description

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic Product team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of Product and Operations, helping measure and improve our platform's performance. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers, you'll deliver actionable insights through compelling dashboards and periodic reports, enabling smarter decisions for both our internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers to define and create insightful graphs, reports, and analytics for the platform.
  • Build and implement these analytics using Looker, ensuring seamless integration into production.
  • Collaborate with the Database Analysts to optimize data extraction, ensuring all relevant data is accessible for analysis.
  • Work with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards.
  • Advocate for and adhere to data guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience building database queries.
  • Proficiency in SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redshift) and familiarity with NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics.
  • Familiarity with data mining techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • No formal project management experience is required, but having good organizational skills is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with enterprise-grade applications or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with Looker.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
