Vendor Ops Lead, Safety Enforcement
Reddit is looking for a Vendor Operations Lead to join the Anti-Evil team within Safety Enforcement. The role involves managing vendor relationships, performance analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Skills
- 5+ years industry experience within Trust and Safety
- 2+ years in a similar role within a content moderation environment
- Motivated, self-directed, and innovative
- Strong communication skills for technical and policy discussions
- Ability to tackle ambiguous problems
- Strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the external vendor
- Oversee vendor performance and adherence to SLAs and KPIs
- Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct evaluations and audits of vendor performance
- Serve as the main point of contact for escalations and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address enforcement needs
