Job Description: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Baner, Pune (Hybrid)
Experience: 3-5 Years
Joining Date: By 15th January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Specialized Hiring: Focus on hiring experts in ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Big Data for both India and USA operations.
  • Domain-Specific Recruitment: Experience in hiring professionals for Compliance, Asset Management, or HRSD roles is a significant advantage.
  • Salary Negotiation: Handle candidate salary discussions, ensuring alignment with budget and expectations.
  • Onboarding Management: Seamlessly onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Visa Processing Knowledge: Familiarity with US H1B or B1 visa processing is an added advantage.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders and candidates.

Key Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Adept at sourcing strategies, negotiation, and candidate engagement.
  • Familiarity with hybrid work environments.
