Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all interaction between National/Regional Grocery Accounts (primary) & Health Food Accounts (secondary) and i-Health. Individual will be responsible for delivering annual sales targets, driving growth, increasing share, and fully managing the assigned P&L within assigned accounts.
  • Manage sales forecasting process and trade promotion plans/ROI.
  • This individual is also responsible for providing direction to achieve “Retail Excellence”. Building direct relationships at multiple levels w/ buyers and decision makers is essential.
  • The Regional Account Manager must understand company products, brand positioning and competitive products to maximize sales.
  • Fully manage our broker partners, owns and maintains standard reporting, while proactively highlighting business opportunities. Ability to review data, draw conclusions and implement learnings is a must.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years consumer packaged goods sales experience required (7+ years proven experience required without a degree).
  • Must have at least 3 year’s experience working with key Grocery retailers, ideally including one or more of the following accounts: Kroger, Albertsons, HEB, and Meijer.
  • Solid knowledge and prior sales experience at a National/Regional Account level as well as a strong history of Broker Management is essential.
  • Ability to build relationships in various areas (Merchants, Replenishment, Marketing, Operations, Store Team) within account and understand their business needs and develop innovative solutions to increase sales and profitability.
  • Ability to travel to customers 2-4 times per month to manage the various business needs of the customers and 4-6 times per year for Trade Shows and iHealth Commercial Meetings.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Nielsen.
