About ReKlame Health

Headquartered in the dynamic and innovative hub of New York City, ReKlame Health is dedicated to redefining the landscape of behavioral health and addiction care with passion and purpose.

As a clinician-led startup, we are committed to delivering culturally competent care in mental health, addiction treatment, medication management, crisis intervention, and care coordination for adults. Our mission is to expand access to care. We are deeply committed to providing support to BIPOC communities and historically marginalized groups who face profound challenges tied to severe mental illness and addiction.

Our vision at ReKlame Health is to create a future where individuals who have historically been unable to access the care they deserve can readily obtain high-quality behavioral health and addiction care. We are dedicated to reducing disparities in access to evidence-based, culturally competent mental health care and promoting health equity.

At ReKlame Health, it goes beyond mere employment; it's about becoming a part of a formidable movement transcending individuality. Let's unite and forge a world where health equity and effortless access to exceptional mental healthcare coexist harmoniously for millions of Americans.

About the Role

As ReKlame Health’s  Provider Partnership, you’ll lead the charge in building referral partnerships with key healthcare providers such as primary care practices, therapy groups, and urgent care centers. You’ll be our boots on the ground and at the heart of creating strategic collaborations that support our mission. We’re seeking a fearless, ambitious go-getter with a hunter mindset—someone who thrives on seizing opportunities, winning big, and tackling challenges with unmatched grit and creative problem-solving. In this role, you’ll work directly with ReKlame Health’s leadership to craft impactful partnership strategies, optimize outreach, and ensure our name becomes synonymous with innovation and excellence in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Referral Networks: Build and nurture partnerships with provider groups, including primary care providers, therapy groups, and urgent care clinics, to drive referrals and patient engagement.

  • Relentlessly Drive Business Growth: Proactively identify potential partners, craft persuasive pitches, and close high-value collaborations to expand ReKlame Health’s footprint.

  • Cultivate Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to referring partners, maintaining strong connections built on exceptional communication, responsiveness, and mutual respect.

  • Leverage Technology: Harness tools like HubSpot to track leads, manage CRM data, and drive efficient relationship management and reporting.

  • Pioneer Strategic Development: Work with leadership to design and execute scalable sales processes and partnership frameworks that align with ReKlame Health’s vision.

  • Foster Internal Collaboration: Creatively work alongside Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and deliver seamless, high-quality support to referring members.

You will love this role if:

  • Experience: 3-4 years + B2B Sales or business development role, with healthcare experience a significant edge.

  • Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.

  • Relationship Management Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with stakeholders, build trust, and foster long-term partnerships that deliver value.

  • Superb Communicator: Standout verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and presentations.

  • Negotiation Skills: Confidence in navigating negotiations and securing mutually beneficial partnerships

  • CRM: experience using CRM tools like HubSpot to streamline processes and effectively manage the sales pipeline.

  • Tenacious and Gritty: Resilience, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure while remaining focused on goals.

  • Scrappy Problem Solver: Enthusiasm for operating in an early-stage startup, using limited resources efficiently to create outsized results.

  • Mission-Driven: Dedicated to increasing access to mental health and substance use treatment for those in need.

 Compensation Package:

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to 120,000 to $140,000 per year

  • Includes the base salary, performance-based bonuses, and incentives contingent on achieving specific targets.

  • Equity: Participation in the company's equity program (e.g., stock options)

  • Gain potential ownership and long-term financial rewards, aligning your success with the company’s growth.

  • Full Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 21 days of paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.

  • Professional Development: Unlock growth opportunities within a purpose-driven early-stage organization dedicated to creating a positive impact.

ReKlame Health considers several factors to ensure a fair and competitive offer when evaluating compensation packages. These include the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education, and training, as well as their essential skills. Internal peer equity is also examined to maintain balance within the organization. Additionally, current market conditions and overall organizational needs are crucial in shaping the final offer. Each aspect is thoughtfully reviewed before extending an offer, ensuring a comprehensive and equitable approach.

We are committed to cultivating an inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity and fosters equality. Our strength lies in the diversity of our team, which drives innovation and speed, enhances our understanding of diverse patient needs, and leads to more effective solutions for the pain points we are addressing within the ecosystem.

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We extend this policy to every aspect of employment, including recruitment, hiring, promotions, training, terminations, wage and salary administration, benefits, and succession planning.
