A role you will love

As our Relationship Manager II, you will develop and maintain strong customer relationships for large, critical, and complex accounts within our Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) and Leveraged Loan Services team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and provide proactive communication and consultation. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective Corporate Trust products and services to your client(s).

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support for new and existing accounts
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through designing and implementing a relationship plan that meets customer needs
  • Increase account profit through cross-selling products and services to existing clients
  • Perform contractual document review, negotiation, and closing coordination, and subsequent amendments and supplements
  • Ability to anticipate and identify work problems, quickly and correctly, while demonstrating the ability to identify, develop and implement sound solutions
  • Providing leadership and guidance to less experienced team members and provide subject matter expertise as needed
  • Establishing controls to ensure that policies and processes are effectively implemented and executed, while understanding key business procedures and associated risks/controls for each client and respective deal
  • Representing CCT in developing and maintaining large client relationships for the CLO and Leveraged Loan portfolio
  • Closing of complex CLO and Leveraged Loan transactions

What will you bring to the role?

As an expert in customer service and sales with a focus on client success, you will be the guiding hand as we deliver solutions to our Corporate Trust accounts.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Minimum of 7 years of financial services, trust services or account management required
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience reading and interpreting complex legal documents
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively, while exercising sound judgment
  • Previous experience with CLO and leveraged loan products strongly preferred
  • Experience with CDO Suite
  • Ability to influence and interface with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate flexibility and implement change
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills

Compensation. The pay range for this role is $80,000.00-$100,000.00 annually. This pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations
