Staff Customer Engineer
Reltio is seeking a Staff Customer Engineer to lead the US Customer Engineering team, ensuring best-in-class service to customers utilizing Reltio's data-driven applications.
Skills
- Master Data Management (MDM) expertise
- Cloud services familiarity (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with REST APIs and customer support tools
Responsibilities
- Architect, troubleshoot, and optimize complex customer problems.
- Guide and mentor customer engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues.
- Develop best practices for incident management in the support team.
- Monitor customer feedback to enhance customer experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Master's degree preferred
