Strong understanding of MDM software and enterprise applications.
Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure services.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
Leverage expertise in Reltio data management to troubleshoot complex issues.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Guide and mentor customer engineers to foster growth and collaboration.
Identify and address recurring problems while contributing to knowledge base articles.
Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining SLA adherence.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
