Implementation Consultant

Relyance AI is seeking an Implementation Consultant to assist clients in implementing and configuring integrations for Privacy solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in product implementation and customer engagement.

Skills

Experience with SaaS technologies
Knowledge of APIs and related technology
Understanding of Agile development methods
High emotional intelligence
Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, Google, Azure

Responsibilities

Scope, design, document, and implement integrations
Help customers automate Privacy compliance solutions
Consult with customers to understand and solve their pain points
Provide technical thought leadership and expert advice
Act as the liaison between customers and Relyance AI

Education

Bachelor’s or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
