The Opportunity:
ReMatter is a fast-growing start-up pioneering the future of the industrial scrap recycling industry ($120bn and growing!). We serve the world's leading industrial recyclers, helping them transform industrial and consumer scrap into new, usable materials. Our platform modernizes end-to-end workflows within the scrap recycling industry and is the core solution on which their business runs.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Product Marketer who’s passionate about crafting compelling narratives, extending brand footprints, and driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal to enhancing our presence and value proposition to prospects and customers, both online and offline. It also offers a unique opportunity to market into an industry that’s essential to building a sustainable future.
This is a remote or hybrid role in our Santa Monica office, and reports to our Senior Vice President of Revenue. Candidates should be prepared to engage with our community and at industry events as needed.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:
Distill and communicate ReMatter’s value proposition and customer messaging clearly across platforms
Manage and optimize our website, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives engagement and lead conversion
Create compelling video and written customer testimonials and sales collateral that showcase the impact of our solutions
Strategize, plan, and manage our presence at key industry events, enhancing our brand visibility and engagement with potential customers
Expand print and other cross-channel marketing partnerships, diversifying touchpoints to maximize reach and impact
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and product development
We’re looking for someone that has:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
A proven track record of developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills with experience using website analytics tools and other marketing software
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of crafting compelling messages for diverse audiences
Creative problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design
Results orientation with a focus on aligning marketing output with revenue growth
The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
Nice to haves:
Experience marketing technology to non-tech buyers
Skills in graphic design or video editing
Tangential experience with performance marketing
