As a Senior Recruiter at Remo, you’ll be instrumental in growing our team to drive innovation and excellence in dementia care. You’ll partner with business owners in managing the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring that we bring in candidates who align with our mission and values.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborating closely with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of the hiring needs of different departments and to create comprehensive and effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role, especially technical (software engineering) hiring.
Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Independently managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from interview scheduling, candidate screening and evaluation, to closing and offer extension.
Building and maintaining a diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience through excellent communications, representing Remo’s values and culture.
Tracking recruitment performance metrics, providing regular updates to the team, and translating these into insights and recommendations.
Continuously improving recruitment processes and staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
Partnering with HR and leadership to support broader talent initiatives, including employer branding and employee engagement.
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on both technology roles and healthcare (clinical and non clinical) roles.
A high degree of ownership and knowledge of recruitment practices and principles, with the ability to source, screen, and engage candidates effectively and independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on relationship-building and collaboration.
Experience in translating high-level business goals into a detailed recruiting plan, custom-fit for each role.
Experience with managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Action-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Solution-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience recruiting at a health tech startup (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000–$150,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
