We are a small but strong team of 95+ people (and growing) hyper-focused on delivering a world-class platform and unparalleled service with our industry-leading partnerships. To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for a talented Local Partner Relationship Specialist to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.

As a Local Partner Relationship Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our local EoRs in the LATAM region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and therefore maximizing value for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams at Remofirst, including Sales, Operations, and Product, to ensure alignment between local partner strategies, product, and customer success initiatives to drive overall business growth.

What you'll be doing:
  • Local Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all partner-related matters.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure, monitor, provide feedback, and work on mitigation strategies around the performance of LPs. Track performance against KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as an escalation point for local partner-related issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and local partners to promptly resolve any challenges that may impact service quality or client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge Management & Internal Enablement: You will be an expert and wonder of regional regulatory knowledge that includes HR regulations and the services provided by local partners (with relevant pricing). You will build, maintain and update the regional knowledge base and train/enable internal teams.
  • Local Partner Development: Identify opportunities for local partner improvement and facilitate necessary training and development programs to enhance local partner capabilities, service offerings, and overall performance.
  • Local Partner Sourcing and Onboarding: Source and onboard local partners as needed. Work with internal teams to iterate on the onboarding processes, ensuring efficient integration of new local partners onto our platform and systems.
  • Contract Changes: Collaborate with the legal and procurement teams to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and changes to service-level agreements with local partners, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product teams to align local partner strategies with customer success initiatives, identify opportunities for process optimization, and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and local partner landscape changes, proactively identifying potential local partnerships to enhance our service offerings.

What you’ll need:
  • 2-5 years experience in an EOR, outsourcing, or client-facing HR tech space.
  • 2-5 years experience in HR or employment law in at least 2-3 jurisdictions in LATAM.
  • Ability to build 0-1 process and programs.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience.
  • Multilingual is a plus.
