Payroll Specialist - India

Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist for our global Payroll Operations team in India. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in in-house payroll processing for India and proficiency in using software tools like SAP, Excel/Google Sheet.

Responsibilities

Review and guarantee submission of payroll-related data to service providers, statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals.
Coordinate existing relationships with payroll, accounting, and benefits service providers.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers to run their monthly payroll cycle.
Responsible for ensuring full data integrity.
Build processes from ground up and focus on continuous improvement.
