Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning content using Articulate Storyline and similar tools.
- Script and storyboard video and interactive modules aligned with curriculum goals.
- Create multimedia content (including video, animations, quizzes) for online learning platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure training aligns with CSRD compliance standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve content based on learner feedback and performance data.
- Manage and maintain course updates and digital learning assets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-learning content development.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline or similar instructional design tools.
- Strong experience with video content production and editing.
- Background in curriculum development or instructional design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection is essential.
