Accounting Staff

We are currently for an experienced Accounting Staff member with extensive expertise in QuickBooks Desktop to handle accounting related task.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Generate detailed financial reports and statements, providing insights into the company's financial status.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, helping to plan for the company's financial future.
• Ensure all financial practices comply with local regulations and accounting standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, with extensive use of QuickBooks Desktop.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
