Job Title: Lead Generation/Cold Caller

Location: Remote

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation/Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products/services.
  • Generate leads and gather information on potential clients' needs and interests.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and calls.
  • Follow a prepared script to ensure consistency and accuracy in information delivery.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Handle objections and rejection in a professional and positive manner.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve call scripts and lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:
