Renewal by Andersen's Inside Sales Center is growing, and we are excited to announce we are searching for Call Center Agents to join us at our facility in Stillwater for 4 weeks of on-site training!Providing a world-class experience for everyone we come in contact with drives our company culture. Signature Service means all homeowners come away from their experience feeling trust, respected, cared for and delighted.Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire Call Center Sales Agents who possess the drive to succeed in a fast pace call center environment. As an Agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors.A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool.This role requires training in person in our Stillwater office for a minimum of 4 weeks.Responsibilities-Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments, follow communication “scripts” when handling different customer enquiries-Document all call information according to standard operating procedures-Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales CenterQualifications-High school diploma or equivalent-One Year of customer service experience that requires the use of a software application to assist customers, preferably in a call center environment-Employees must have the ability to work an assigned eight (8) hour schedule starting as early as 7:00 am and ending as late as 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday-Excellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 35 wpm-Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency-Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills-Ability to handle stressful situation appropriatelyWhat We Offer-Competitive base pay + incentive compensation plan.-Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance-Health Savings Account contributions-Paid holidays plus PTO-401(k) plan and contributions-Profit Sharing-Paid Parental Leave-Professional Development and tuition reimbursement opportunities-A culture that supports work/life balance-An environment where collaboration is keyOur vision is to make the world a better place by living up to the promise that everyone benefits from their association with Andersen.
