RentVision’s Revenue Management product dynamically adjusts rental rates to optimize pricing for apartment communities. As the Revenue Management Product Advisor, you will play a key role in scaling this product by developing and executing strategies that maximize its impact—driving revenue growth while enhancing client success. To excel in this role, you need to be a strategic thinker who can turn ambitious goals into actionable plans, create scalable processes, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. As our newest product, RentVision’s Revenue Management solution will require building and refining processes from the ground up. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to scale, enhance client onboarding, and achieve monthly recurring revenue targets.
This role will initially report to our CEO, who currently owns this product and will lead initial training and development. Over time, as the team grows, this role is expected to transition to report under one of our Directors. Future people management is also likely in this role, with future hires occurring as growth targets are achieved.
