Responsibilities 

  • Placing confirmation calls to verify scheduled appointments

  • Corresponding with customers to monitor status via email, phone, and text 

  • Remaining available to customers to troubleshoot and problem solve during process

  • Ensuring accurate data entry with CRM system

Qualifications
