The Role

Duration: Full-time; Location: REMOTE; Preferred Living Locations or Time zones: Europe or East Coast US time zones

As a Sr. Frontend Engineer, you will join our small Javascript and Cloud team (6 people, including 3 devs, 1 technical product manager and 1 product designer).

You'll be the person solely responsible for building/redesigning our cloud application’s front end. This is a key position requiring ownership of a NextJS/React application. The ideal candidate is immersed in both blockchain and best practices in front-end development.

Responsibilities:

  • Build new features that support our mission in making web3 accessible to everyone.
  • Develop using NextJS/React with Tailwind CSS for front-end applications
  • Working with the Sr. Product Designer to make designs come to life.
  • Build & Contributing to our component library and internal design systems
  • Refactoring existing codebases or migrating from one tool to another
  • Develop unit and integration tests for core business logic
  • Maintain the web app with our tooling: Vercel, GitHub, Cloudflare

Must have:

  • 3+ years experience as a frontend software engineer
  • Expertise with modern React development practices
  • Expertise with NextJS or similar server-side rendering frameworks
  • Experience with Typescript or with other statically typed languages
  • Experience with styling solutions like Tailwind CSS
  • Experience with React hooks such as useMemo, useCallback and useEffect for performance improvement


Nice to have:

  • Crypto / Blockchain development experience preferable
  • Experience with Jest or other similar testing frameworks
  • Experience with DeFI protocols
  • Comfortable working with Figma and integrating pixel perfect designs
