Summary

As a Business Operations Manager, you will work cross-functionally with senior leadership and product teams to identify and execute key opportunities that drive long-term value for the company. From launching new go-to-market initiatives to managing vendor relationships, you’ll combine strategic analysis, execution, and operational rigor to help scale our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in zero-to-one projects, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and embraces a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

You will…

  • Work closely with senior leadership and product teams to identify, assess, and execute on key partnership opportunities. Examples include product integrations or go-to-market partnerships.

  • Scope and execute zero-to-one projects to determine long-term value for the company. Examples could include country-specific go-to-market, influencer referral programs, and more.

  • Drive end-to-end analysis of product data, market research, competitor analysis, and more to help drive understanding of key business lines and future company planning.

  • Help on go-to-market initiatives, including product launches, influencer campaigns, and more.

  • Manage and monitor vendor contracts, including both initial procurement and the renewal process

Required experience

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or investment banking

  • Advanced proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools

  • Familiar with Python and SQL

The overall market range of base compensation for roles in this area of Replit is typically $140,000 - $180,000. Compensation offered will be determined by additional factors such as location and experience.

This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The hybrid role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
