Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the monthly KPI dashboard, ensuring accuracy of key metrics.
• Prepare and maintain the weekly flash reporting.
• Develop and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer activity reports.
• Monitor, update and optimize existing data models whenever necessary, to ensure high performance.
• Provide ad hoc data reporting to the business as required.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manipulate large volumes of data, reports and dashboards.
• Strong data analytics and advanced Excel skills including Macros and VBA scripting.
• Exposure to SQL databases or other database related experience
• Experience with Qlikview is preferred.
• Proven time management skills and strong attention to detail
