Job Description

As a Tax Director you will lead the firm's tax function with strategic vision and operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in tax planning, compliance, and leadership to drive business success and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax planning and compliance, with 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise in federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Multi-entity experience with an operating company and high-net worth owner
  • A strategic tax planning skill set to be that advisor that can help businesses manage tax liability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals in a coaching environment.
