Resources & Community Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

Your mission is to support and further expand our existing community as well as engaging our linguists even closer with our business. You will ensure that our network grows sustainably and that the collaboration with our linguists runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities

• You will identify and evaluate channels that attract the best talent to Lengoo (translators, proofreaders, copywriters and other service providers) and manage the entire process from screening applications to joining our pool.

• You are the liaison between our operations team and our community and you will be available for general questions, issues and requests.

• You will carry out workshops and training sessions with our community in different areas, including processes and quality assurance.

• You track and monitor key KPIs of our community management team.

• You develop and coordinate initiatives to engage and activate our community (e.g. surveys ).

• You monitor quality management KPIs and follow up on actions together with the operations and quality management team.

Your profile

• A degree and at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.

• You enjoy the topics of communication and recruiting and have in-depth experience of recruiting within the localization industry.

• You communicate confidently, encouragingly and empathically in German and English . Any other language is a plus, but not a must. We speak over 10 languages in the Berlin team - join the conversation!

• You bring good analytical skills and keep a cool head even with large amounts of data. Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets, CAT-tools and Plunet is a plus.

• You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with regional stakeholders and across teams and departments.

• You are experienced in managing the collaboration with localization agencies and/or internal and external linguists and have strong business case thinking abilities.

• You always keep a cool head even in stressful situations and are a true team player.

• You think out of the box and are not afraid to put forward your ideas for process improvements
