About the Role

ResultStack is looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven environment. You’ll lead by example—writing clean, scalable code while architecting enterprise-grade web and mobile applications. What You’ll Do

Architect and develop scalable, secure consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and design effective, strategic solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code across the full stack (front-end and back-end).
Mentor and lead other engineers while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day coding and development.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security from day one.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, frameworks, and development practices to improve systems continuously and processes.
Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment strategies.
Take ownership of features and projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality and performance.

What You Bring

Strong experience in building and maintaining large-scale applications.
Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, or Ember).
Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET (C#), or similar.
Solid understanding of responsive design and front-end styling with CSS or frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Foundation.
Experience architecting and developing applications in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
Deep understanding of application performance tuning and security best practices.
Proven experience building consumer-facing software and working with cross-functional teams.
Background in consulting or working directly with clients is highly desirable.
A strong sense of ownership, customer service orientation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
