ResultStack is looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven environment. You’ll lead by example—writing clean, scalable code while architecting enterprise-grade web and mobile applications. What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop scalable, secure consumer-facing web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and design effective, strategic solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code across the full stack (front-end and back-end).

• Mentor and lead other engineers while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day coding and development.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security from day one.

• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, frameworks, and development practices to improve systems continuously and processes.

• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment strategies.

• Take ownership of features and projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality and performance.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in building and maintaining large-scale applications.

• Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, or Ember).

• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, .NET (C#), or similar.

• Solid understanding of responsive design and front-end styling with CSS or frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Foundation.

• Experience architecting and developing applications in AWS or Azure cloud environments.

• Deep understanding of application performance tuning and security best practices.

• Proven experience building consumer-facing software and working with cross-functional teams.

• Background in consulting or working directly with clients is highly desirable.

• A strong sense of ownership, customer service orientation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Experience leading development teams or engineering initiatives.

• Familiarity with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
