NOW HIRING ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
The cabi outlet is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager. Candidate will assist in the daily business operations of a better contemporary women’s clothing retail outlet store in the Outlets at Castle Rock. Responsibilities include revenue generation, expense control, customer service, and personnel management. Experience in an outlet environment with comparable brands a plus. Incentive compensation and bonus potential based on individual and store performance. Some of the additional responsibilities include:
- Creating a unique customer service experience
- Assisting in the hiring of qualified sales associates and developing store sales incentive plans
- Gathering and maintaining pertinent financial data for weekly/monthly and annual financial analysis
- Maintaining an accurate inventory management system
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a retail supervisor or assistant manager.
- Good communication skills for communicating with staff and clients.
- Basic computer skills and ability to utilize standard Microsoft programs (excel, outlook, word, etc)
- Prior experience training, coaching, and counseling employees.
- Experience in analyzing data to track sales & KPI performance.
