Growth Account Manager
Retool is looking for a Growth Account Manager to maintain and expand client accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer success.
Skills
- Sales or customer service experience in the growth space.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Ability to conduct discovery calls and build pipeline.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Close net new revenue through customer expansion and cross-selling.
- Execute successful contract renewals.
- Drive quality pipeline growth with new products and application use cases.
- Understand customer use cases to optimize Retool usage and introduce new ideas.
- Deliver optimal forecasts and outcomes through strategic sales processes.
- Identify and manage risk areas and ensure resolution.
- Manage customer expectations and communication effectively.
